Havonta száz orvos elmegy Magyarországról )))) Month, hundreds of doctors going Hungary

Balázs Péternek, a Semmelweis Egyetem professzorának kutatási adataiból egyértelműen látszik: óriási a baj.

Ezek alapján persze akár hátra is dőlhetnénk, mert lám, külföldről is érkeznek orvosok, csakhogy a külföldi gyógyítók magyarországi munkavállalási hajlandósága is romlik.

Papp Magor, a Magyar Rezidens Szövetség elnöke ennek ellenére bizakodó, méghozzá azért, mert a miniszterelnöktől kaptak személyes ígéretet a bérük javítására. Tárgyalnak, és nem csupán a pénzről.

A migrációról készített kutatási kérdőíven ugyanis a távozás okaiként előkelő helyen tüntetik föl a megkérdezettek a szakképzés minőségének romlását.

Month, hundreds of doctors going Hungary

Budapest – of doubt as to prevent any collapse of the health care system: the doctor shortage getting brutal proportions. A recent research shows orvosemigráció-is that every month hundreds of doctors leaving the country, while a year or request a par with their localization – enter the People’s Freedom.

In almost a third of graduates do not have to work with Hungary. The medical practitioners were at in 2010, many have died or retired, than the graduates were in place. Only four thousand between 2006 and 2010 reduced the number of local doctors.

Overall, the system does not seem the only factor, which is home to the doctor shortage in the coming years would reduce significantly. The numerical deficit of no more than diminish if the medical care system kurtításával the number of posts decreases. This, however, neither the expected rate is not known, nor is that what affects the speed of patient care and quality.

Peter Balazs, Semmelweis University research professor of the data can clearly be seen: a huge problem. The numbers are not engineering skills shortages among those in Eastern Hungary, for example, would have collapsed if there were no immigrants surgeons. While in Szabolcs-Szatmár one in four, long-Abaúj-Borsod County, one in five surgeons abroad.

Elsewhere in the country, the situation is not much better, Baranya position working 82 weeks a medical surgeon foreigners to play. Based on course to sit up the rear, as well, doctors coming from abroad, but foreign to the healers’ willingness to work in Hungary to deteriorate. While in 2006, 169 foreign doctors working in Hungary honosíttatta degree, while in 2010 it was only the 35th

Learn more in the Medical Journal published the summary of the research professor concludes that it is (perhaps increasing) flow abroad, the domestic supply of short-term near-crisis situation, a real crisis arise. This may result in the collapse of the supply: the migration assumed such proportions as if Hungary would have no doctor’s degree – making the year one thousand doctors came last year it was in 1200 that left at least asked a par with foreign official certificates required for employment.

In this paper actually confers 95 percent of his leave from the country. The távozókat the kedvetleníti not be that the certificate for the past 42 thousand from 99 thousand forints instead of January to ask the authorities. The situation is serious, despite the doctors of interest between defense counsel and the government for more than a month of ongoing wage negotiations are not very visible progress. Magor Papp, president of the Hungarian Association of Resident nevertheless optimistic, even because the Prime Minister received a personal promise to improve their wages. Discussed, and not just about money.

Prepared a questionnaire on migration research as well as the reasons for leaving high on the survey must indicate the deterioration of the quality of training. Common complaint of too much independence too, a doctor in the area is unattended due to lack of specialist candidates to be processed on the institutions. Amasa extreme example is of course also happens to be, especially in surgical professions that the young residents unable to obtain patient. Therefore, a vocational training system the government would like to be introduced, which gives reasonable assurance to improve the quality of vocational training.

Most recently the Secretary of State for Health, an incredible amount of data covered by the érdekvédőket. Bélteczki John, president of the Hungarian Medical Association of the tables showing the simplest avoidance is a level of mathematics, which they can not fölfogására. So much so it turned out that within six years, assuming that the system, even those in the age of 65 in “service” will remain the already mentioned, missing from the system in addition to seven thousand, four thousand doctors fall out of the supply system.

The interest savers available to the pyramid, for example from 35 to 39 years of healing, very few remained in Hungary.
