Egyiptomban tömegek követelték az elnök lemondását

Kairóban és vidéken hatalmas tömegek vonultak az utcákra vasárnap, hogy Mohamed Murszi egyiptomi elnök lemondását követeljék.

Vasárnap volt az első évfordulója annak, hogy Murszit beiktatták hivatalába. Ebből az alkalomból több vidéki városban is felvonulásokat szerveztek. A tömegben azt kiabálták az elnöknek címezve, hogy távozzon, és hogy a nép a rendszer bukását akarja, mert csak az iszlamistáknak van hasznuk belőle.

Kairóban ismét a Tahrír téren gyűlt össze a legnagyobb tömeg. Ellenzéki politikusok arra kérték az embereket, hogy maradjanak az utcákon, amíg Murszi le nem mond. Tömeg gyülekezett az elnöki palotánál is. A Muzulmán Testvériség nevű szervezet fővárosi központjára gyújtóbombákat dobtak.

Az ITAR-TASZSZ orosz hírügynökség jelentése szerint országszerte mintegy 17 millióan vesznek részt a tiltakozó megmozdulásokban. Egyedül Kairóban több mint 4 millióan vesznek részt a tüntetésen. A legnagyobb ellenzéki szervezet, a Nemzeti Megmentés Frontja Kairóban kiadott nyilatkozatában leszögezte, hogy a tiltakozók mindaddig az utcákon maradnak, amíg össze nem omlik a Muzulmán Testvériség rendszere. “A nép Murszi elnök lemondását és a Muzulmán Testvériségnek a hatalomból való távozását akarja” – emelték ki a nyilatkozatban.

Eközben Murszi elnök megerősítette, hogy kész tárgyalni a tüntetők képviselőivel. Ihab Fahmi, az elnöki hivatal képviselője Kairóban bejelentette, hogy az államfő az alkotmány és a törvényesség keretein belül kész bármiféle olyan kezdeményezés megtárgyalására, amely elősegíti a súlyos belpolitikai válság rendezését. A szóvivő szerint az elnök már többször is felszólította az összes politikai pártot és ellenzéki erőt, hogy üljenek tárgyalóasztalhoz. Úgy fogalmazott, hogy a párbeszédnek nincs alternatívája. “Mi nyitottak vagyunk minden olyan kezdeményezés iránt, amely nem sérti a törvényeket” – fejtette ki.

The spokesman said the president has repeatedly called on all political parties and opposition forces to sit at the negotiating table. It is said that there is no alternative to dialogue. “We are open to any initiative, which has no violation of laws” – he explained.
