A piacon 85 millió dollárra – átszámolva közel 26 milliárd forintra – teszik az utóbbi években kifejlesztett gép darabonkénti árát.

Két darab katonai szállító repülőgépet vásárol a Magyar Honvédség az Embraer brazil cégtől. A KC-390-es hadszíntéri szállító repülőgépek beszerzéséről szóló szerződést kedden írta alá Korom Ferenc vezérezredes, a Magyar Honvédség parancsnoka és Jackson Schneider, a brazil Embraer Defense and Security elnök-vezérigazgatója. A KC-390-esekkel a magyar honvédség képes lesz nagy tömegű, akár 26 tonnányi terhet – így páncélozott katonai járműveket, jelentős súlyú katonai felszerelést, 80 főnyi csapattestet – eljuttatni nagy távolságra. A gépek hatótávolsága 2800 kilométer, ám mivel a levegőben is képesek üzemanyagot tankolni, lényegesen nagyobb útvonalat is bejárhatnak leszállás nélkül.

Fegyverkezés minden szinten

Magyarország a 2030-ig tervezett Zrínyi haderőfejlesztési program keretében becslések szerint ezermilliárdos nagyságrendben szerződött le hadieszközökre. A németektől 60 Leopard tankot vásároltuk, illetve lízingelünk, emellett vettünk 24 darab Pzh 2000-es önjáró löveget és több mint 200 Lynx harcjárművet. Az amerikaiaktól szereztünk be középhatótávolságú levegő-levegő rakétákat. Vásároltunk 36 darab Airbus harci helikoptert, két Airbus csapatszállítót és több Dassault Falcon 7X katonai, többcélú szállító repülőgépet – ez utóbbiakkal a miniszterelnök is gyakran röpköd diplomáciai látogatásaira.

In the market, the unit price of the machine developed in recent years is put at $ 85 million, converted to nearly HUF 26 billion.

The Hungarian Armed Forces is buying two military transport aircraft from the Brazilian company Embraer. The contract for the procurement of KC-390 battlefield transport aircraft was signed on Tuesday by Colonel-General Ferenc Korom, Commander of the Hungarian Armed Forces, and Jackson Schneider, President and CEO of Embraer Defense and Security in Brazil. As with previous arms purchases, the Ministry of Defense has not disclosed how much the new tool has cost taxpayers. Incidentally, the unit price of the machine developed in recent years is set at $ 85 million on the market – converted to nearly HUF 26 billion. The transport aircraft can arrive in Hungary by 2023-2024. As early as last July, the Brazilian press reported that Hungary had advanced negotiations with Brazil on the purchase of two machines. Moreover, they were told that the extremist populist Brazilian President Jaír Bolsonaro would announce the agreement with Viktor Orbán during his planned visit to Budapest in 2019, but it was postponed and then delayed due to the corona virus. The KC-390, manufactured by Lockheed Martin in the United States and intended to compete with the NATO-wide C-130 H transport aircraft, began development in 2008 with the support of the Brazilian government. Due to the economic crisis in Brazil, development has been delayed, with the first aircraft put into service by the Brazilian Air Force last September. The Czech Republic is also expected to buy two from our region, but Ukraine is also interested in the combat equipment. With the KC-390s, the Hungarian Armed Forces will be able to transport large loads of up to 26 tons – such as armored military vehicles, heavy military equipment, a team of 80 people – over long distances. The planes have a range of 2,800 kilometers, but because they can also refuel in the air, they can travel a significantly longer route without landing.

Armament at all levels
Within the framework of the Zrínyi force development program planned until 2030, Hungary has contracted for military equipment in the order of a thousand billion. We bought and leased 60 Leopard tanks from the Germans, and also bought 24 Pzh 2000 self-propelled guns and more than 200 Lynx combat vehicles. We procured medium-range air-to-air missiles from the Americans. We bought 36 Airbus combat helicopters, two Airbus troop carriers and several Dassault Falcon 7X military multipurpose transport aircraft – with the latter, the Prime Minister also frequently flies for diplomatic visits.
