A kínaiak lába előtt heverünk

Bukarestben Li Ko-csiang kínai miniszterelnök színe elé járult 16 kelet-európai ország vezetése. A diplomatikus hajlongások igazi tétje 10 milliárd dollár hitel szétosztása volt. Úgy tűnik, a házigazda románok mellett a szerbek, illetve a magyarok helyezkedtek eddig a legjobban.

Magyarország ezen a projekten keresztül próbál minél jobban helyezkedni most, hogy a kínaiak 10,5 milliárd dollárt szeretnének elkölteni a régióban.

A regionális szinten bődületes összeget tavaly jelentették be Varsóban, Bukarestben pedig most 15 kelet-európai ország miniszterelnöke, illetve a lett külügyminiszter parolázott a potenciális megrendelésekért.

A Huawei 2015-től a teljes európai exportját Magyarországon keresztül intézi, december elején egy 30 ezer négyzetméteres logisztikai csarnokbővítést ad át Biatorbágyon, ahonnan havonta háromezer kamionnyi árut tud indítani Európába.

A társaság éves megrendelés állománya jelenleg 7,4 milliárd dollár, Kínán kívül 15 ezer alkalmazottat foglalkoztat.

The Chinese lay at his feet

Bucharest contributed to Chinese President Jiang – Li Ko and driving 16 Eastern European countries . The diplomatic bows really at stake was $ 10 billion in loan distribution . Apparently, the next host of the Serbs Romanians and Hungarians were located so far the best .

The Chinese railway experts after a three-day regional summit in Bucharest has come to Belgrade on Thursday , after two days and watch the Belgrade -Budapest railway line , negotiating with the Serbian and Hungarian competent – told the Belgrade newspaper Novosti Večerník Aleksandar Antic Serbian Minister of Transport . The Belgrade -Budapest railway line – already mentioned at the beginning of the year – Chinese -Serbian -Hungarian agreement on the modernization of the just concluded seem to have turned serious.

Regional Center?

The Bucharest Chinese and Eastern European summit was full diplomatic manifestations , and only brought few concrete , publicity reaching an agreement . However, the development of its planned budget of € 2.4 billion is definitely one of the most important result of the meeting is for Hungary and Serbia .

Has not been determined exactly what improvements are made to a rail after the Chinese visit to begin developing the project . Due to the trucking a line is necessary in which the trains travel on normal speed. In the case of freight transport, this speed is 120 km / h for passenger trains and double-track , electrified track through travel to a speed of 160 km / h.

This reduces nearly half the current 8-hour running time , the aim of this development is not primarily to improve the comfort of passengers , but also to deliver the Goods Serbia join in the European economy ‘s bloodstream .

Hungary is trying to get better on this project over a career now that the Chinese are looking to spend 10.5 billion dollars in the region. Szijjártó Peter , Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and Foreign Economic Relations of the Prime Minister’s Office stated that it would like to achieve, the Chinese railway construction company we develop the regional center .
think big

” Szijjártó very active , without stopping the press issues , and the Chinese have taken this as very good due to their mentality ,” – says a good knowledge of Chinese business relations expert. According to him, this style may be what you look for previously “too European” approach György Matolcsy somewhat half-hearted or Fellegi did not produce such a welcome from the Chinese makers .

Beijing in recent years we have made a number of gestures , in a short time two new Confucius addressed was established in Hungary ( Szeged and Miskolc ) , and the fourth will open soon as well. Budapest is the regional Chinese language teachers training institute where the teachers come from all over the region . In mid-November the opening of the Hungarian Cultural Institute in Beijing . These are all little things count.

The Chinese clearly are interested in investing in major infrastructure and therefore are at stake mainly in railways, energy and road building. The construction of the 10.5 billion dollars , according to the projects creditor , whose main contractor for the Chinese company.

Much of the money is returned almost immediately thus migrate to China, while Beijing is building valuable references in the European Union , that is a good solution for everyone , but the best Chinese.

Real amount reported last year on the regional level, in Warsaw , Bucharest and now 15 eastern European country’s prime minister and the foreign minister have parolázott the potential for orders .

The Chinese business preparation ( for European eyes ) are traditionally very long , very formal and very subjective , so it is difficult to disentangle the Bucharest hajbókolás bring what specific projects.

A good example is that of the 10.5 billion credit line plan as announced last year , but the project will come forward in a year that the Prime Minister is now confirmed that there will indeed be such , and the amount is wrong. Similarly, the Serbian -Hungarian railway track with a good cause , but also to develop the details of the funding seems far away .
Those who have so far managed to

Romania to host China deserved respect and thanks to many years of good relations with Asian great power , can produce relatively large number of results . Such as telecoms giant Huawei has bagged the regional accounting operation center placement. However, this is only a mild remedy after that Romanians and Poles front elhappolni Budapest was the site of Huawei’s manufacturing base – reportedly a fierce battle.

The total European exports through arranging Huawei Hungary from 2015 , at the beginning of December a 30 thousand square meter logistics hall extension passes Biatorbágy three thousand truckloads of goods per month which can start in Europe.

Bucharest , according to information in the local press for € 8.5 billion joint project proposal bombed the Chinese delegation , which is not a usual apróztak , the Prime Minister was accompanied by 300 people especially businessmen detachment . But the bottom line was 6.5 billion nuclear power program provided, because the investment had not been able to find a private investor in several rounds . The Romanians finally a total of 13 agreements have been signed , especially energy , animal health, culture and information technology topics.

In addition to the Romanians, Serbs clearly made the best , diplomatically and commercially . Prime Minister Ivica Dacic has invited the Chinese Prime Minister to pass that bridge next year in Belgrade , which was built Chinese companies , and has actively lobbied to make the summit due next year megrendezhesse .

In addition to the rail link in Budapest brought to the table a $ 700 million development plan for the new geothermal power plant Kostolac block of Belgrade and a connecting portion of the southern Adriatic highway construction projects.

The CCECC Chinese construction giant announced that it will open an office in Romania, Hungary and Bulgaria, and virtually shoot at anything that moves and lives in the building industry , to build railways , bridges , tunnels , highways , anything. The company has an annual portfolio of orders is currently $ 7.4 billion and employs 15 thousand employees outside of China .
