Tisztelt Nemzetközi Büntetőbíróság!
A magyar nép nevében, akik a Európai Unióhoz szeretnének továbbra is tartozni!
Btk.160.§.A bűncselekmény megvalósítható gyógyíthatatlan betegségben szenvedő, sőt haldokló személy sérelmére is.
társadalom számára elsődleges cél, hogy tagjainak élete védelemben
részesüljön az állam részéről. Ezt a védelmet testesíti meg az emberölés
büntetőjogi tényállása. A jogállamiság alapkövetelménye az emberi élet
védelme, mint ahogy az Alkotmánybíróság a 23/1990 (X.31.) AB
határozatában is kifejtette. Egy olyan mindent megelőző legnagyobb
érték, melynek elvétele a legszigorúbb jogi szankció alá esik
napjainkban.
Összefoglalva tehát, a deviza alapú hitel-, illetve lízingszerződések
elkövetett törvénytelenségek következtében Magyarországon a lakosság
jelentős része olyan élethelyzetbe került, amely a fizikai
megsemmisülését okozhatja, illetve a lakosság ezen csoportjában a
születéseket meggátolja. Erre figyelemmel a bankok vezetőinek és a nekik
segédkező személyek cselekménye a Római Statútum 6. cikkely c. és d.
pontjában ismertetett népirtás bűntetteként, illetve a 7 cikk 1/b
pontjába ütköző kiirtással elkövetett emberiesség elleni bűntettként
értékelhető.
Kérjük ezért a Tisztelt Nemzetközi Büntetőbíróságot, hogy az általunk szolgáltatott információk alapján szíveskedjék hivatalból nyomozást indítani a Magyarországon deviza alapú hitel, illetve lízingszerződést kötő bankok vezetői ellen. Név szerint a legnagyobb Magyarországi Bank vezetője dr. Csányi Sándor, dr. Polt Péter legfőbb ügyész, dr. Orbán Viktor jelenlegi miniszterelnök,valamint a végrehajtások foganatosításában közreműködő közjegyzők és további ismeretlen tettesek ellen.
A FIDESZ-KDNP kormány
Magyarországon a „Führer-elv” jegyében fasisztoid zsarnokságot
teremtettek.
mindazoktól a szabadságjogoktól, amelyeket mi valamennyi emberi lény
Tisztelettel: A magyar nép, akik a Európai Unióhoz szeretnének továbbra is tartozni”

International Criminal Court
The Hague

Oude Waalsdorperweg 10,

Dear International Criminal Court,
We are sending this letter on behalf of the people of Hungary who would like to stay members of the European Union.
We are reporting a crime against humanity and genocide at peacetime
committed by Mr. Viktor Orbán, Prime Minister of Hungary and the
FIDESZ-KDNP government.
We are turning to the International Criminal Court for international legal redress with regards to the crimes listed below.
We are asking for the establishment of Mr. Viktor Orbán’s and the FIDESZ-KDNP culpability. In our judgment Mr. Orbán can be made responsible for the crime of genocide according to the 1998 Rome Convention, Section IX of the Penal Code (as amended in 2013), Resolution 53/1993. of the Hungarian Constitutional Court and paragraph 142 of the Law 2012/C on the Penal Code.
International law stipulates that genocide can consist either of killing a great number of people or attempting the killing of a great number of people, physical genocide, causing grievous physical or mental harm, forcing a group to live under such conditions that can annihilate the group in part or in whole (e.g. artificial starvation, working to death).
In our opinion Mr. Orbán Viktor and his companions are under
reasonable suspicion of having committed the mentioned crime by voting
for the denial of hospital care and the most modern medication for
people with cancer above the age of 75 in the Parliament through the
FIDESZ-KDNP government. This denial equates with a death sentence for
those people.
According to official statistics approximately 40,000 people died
because of hospital infections and of diseases which could have been
cured. In spite of the warnings from professional experts Mr. Orbán and
the FIDESZ-KDNP government does not care about the improvement of
healthcare at all.
According to paragraph 160 of the Penal Code the crime can be
committed against persons suffering in incurable diseases or persons
dying.
In this case the crime is not only a crime against humanity, but murder as well.
The protection of life is a basic principle of the Constitution (Article
II of the Basic Law of Hungary). The primary goal for society is the
life of its members to be protected by the State. This protection is
guaranteed by considering the taking of human life as a crime. A basic
requirement of the rule of law is the protection of human rights, as set
out by the Constitutional Court in its decision 23/1990 (X.31.) This is
an antecedent and imprescriptible value, the deprivation of which falls
under the strictest legal sanctions nowadays.
In Hungary democracry ceased to exist. A Bill has been submitted to
restrict freedom of assembly which is expected to be promulgated into
law quickly.
According to this Bill two people talking on the street will constitute
an assembly and these people can be sentenced into one year imprisonment
in case they talk about politics. At the same time the Fidesz-KDNP
government started the eviction of 100000 people for the suggestion of
Mr. Orbán.
In summary, due to the abuse of foreign-currency based credits for fraud
and the unlawful procedures of banks a significant rate of the
population has come into a situation which can cause its physical
destruction, preventing the increase of birth. Regarding these events
the activities of bank leaders and their associates can be regarded as a
crime against humanity due to facilitating genocide, as described in
Articles 6(c), (d) and Article 7(1)(b) of the Rome Statute.
That is why we are asking the Honourable International Criminal Court to start official investigations on the basis of the information provided by us against the bank leaders who promoted foreign-currency-based credits and leasing contracts. These people involve dr. Sándor Csányi, owner of the biggest Hungarian Bank, Chief Attorney dr. Péter Polt, dr. Viktor Orbán Prime Minister, the public notaries cooperating in carrying enforcements into effect and other unknown perpetrators.
The FIDESZ-KDNP government has created a fascist tyranny in Hungary based on the so-called “Führer-principle”. They deprived the people from their dignity and those rights of freedom which we consider the natural and inalienable human rights of all individuals.
These members of government fill in such position and ranks which enabled them to use their sub-ordinates in order to achieve their goals. We would like to make those devisers, inciters and leaders responsible for their actions through whose evil organisations the country would not have suffered any violence and illegality for 8 years.
As a reason for our request we present that with regards to crimes against humanity the Hungarian government did not fulfill its obligations. Thus, the crime of genocide is unfamiliar for the Hungarian government and there are no sanctions in place for this crime.
Yours faithfully,
The people of Hungary who would like to stay members of the European Union
