Szijjártó úgy tudja, az ukrajnai háború a terrorizmus erősödéséhez vezethet////Szijjártó knows that the war in Ukraine could lead to an increase in terrorism

We have to prepare for the fact that due to the food supply difficulties caused by the war in Ukraine, the migratory pressure from Africa will increase significantly, and thus the spread of terrorism.

According to a statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the head of the ministry attended a meeting of foreign ministers of the international coalition against the Islamic State’s terrorist organization. In his speech, he pointed out that both Europe and Africa were facing critical security challenges, due to the war in Ukraine on the one hand and the increase in terrorist attacks on the other!

He pointed out that the two threats are also linked, as Russia and Ukraine are among the world’s largest grain exporters, and their exports will fall sharply as a result of the armed conflict, which is expected to put many African countries in a difficult position.

“If a difficult situation arises in unstable areas due to the problem of imports of basic food products, it will unfortunately lead to an increase in extremism and, through it, to a more serious terrorism.”

He said. He stressed that terrorism is an important source of migration, and that the influx of immigrants could be overshadowed by later assassins, so the international community should focus primarily on tackling the root causes.

“It is of great importance that the main factor in international politics is not to inspire the waves of migration, but to stop them. the government mantra of the Foreign Minister.

The minister also reported a 57 per cent increase in the number of illegal immigrants arriving in Europe in the first three months of this year, the second highest figure since 2016.

Finally, he underlined that 146 Hungarian soldiers are currently serving in the international mission in Iraq, and an international task force to prevent the influx of foreign fighters will meet in Budapest in September.
