Romokban a forint!/////The forint is in ruins!

GAZDASÁGKÖZÉLETFrissítve: 2022 júl 13.

Forint

Persze kozmetikázott statisztikával bármilyen gazdasági válság átívelhető, de most aztán nincs mellébeszéld.

A forint szerdán napközben 417 forintra gyengült az euróval szemben.

Napvégén azért összekapta magát és 410 alá süllyedt, azonban most olyan történt ami aggodalomra adhat okot.

HUF
The forint is in ruins and the interest rate hike won’t help.
It all started on Wednesday, but if we really want to jump back in time, the decline of the forint started many years ago.

Of course, any economic crisis can be overcome with cosmeticized statistics, but now there is no side talk.

The forint weakened to 417 forints against the euro during the day on Wednesday.

At the end of the day, he got himself together and fell below 410, but now something has happened that could be a cause for concern. (It’s not as if over 400 euros alone would generate a peaceful situation in our small country..)

So on Thursday, the central bank raised interest rates, and even though there was a slight feeling that the forint would strengthen, there was still no major breakthrough.

However, a higher-than-expected interest rate hike was implemented. But why could this happen?

The question is how to proceed.

We don’t want to paint the devil on the wall, but it seems that we have to make friends with the fact that the relationship between our currency and the euro will remain as it is, and according to some analysts, it will only get worse.

Fortunately, we Hungarians are doing well in terms of acceptance, because just think about it, who would have thought that we would be begging at the gas station to fill up for 480…
